Denver Plays it Smart During 2012 Draft

Denver Broncos Tackle

The Denver Broncos really had a great 2012 NFL draft.  The Broncos went and had 7 picks in this years draft only by trading out of the first round and adding more picks for later rounds.

Denver felt that there were better players out there than taking one player with the 25th pick.

Denver did well in the second round drafting two players, Derek Wolfe a defensive tackle from Cincinnati and the big quarterback Brock Osweiler.

The Broncos also made a good choice in the third round by nabbing Ronnie Hillman, a running back out of San deigo State.

Yet, the Broncos did their best work in the 4th round with two more picks that filled more needs for them.

Denver picked Omar Bolden, a cornerback out of Arizona State then a few picks later, took Philip Blake a center out of Baylor.

Another great value pick was Malik Jackson a defensive end out of Tennessee in the fifth round.  Denver’s final pick came in the sixth round, when they picked Danny Trevathan.

The Denver Broncos made great moves in the NFL draft and are ready to make another playoff run this year!
