Here is a list of 20 fantasy football players that should do well and should be in your lineup for week 12 of the fantasy football season.
Doug Martin TB RB
He’s overtaken Arian Foster as the #1 scoring RB in the league. Should hold the line against the Falcons 27th ranked run defense.
Colin Kaepernick SF QB
Figures to get a second start and you couldn’t ask for a much better matchup than the Saints 32nd ranked pass defense.
Stevan Ridley NE RB
Didn’t fare too well vs the Jets in week 7 (17 carries, 65 yards), but still getting more work than Vereen and Jets rank 23rd against RBs.
Andre Johnson HOU WR
Huge game against the Jags. At least one wideout has racked up double digits on Detroit in all but 2 games this year.
Demaryius Thomas DEN WR
He’s scored 10+ fantasy points in 7 of 10 games so far this year. Average matchup.
Alex Smith SF QB
Kaepernick figures to get at least one more start while Smith recovers (concussion).
Jordy Nelson GB WR
Should have a big game against the 30th ranked Giants pass D vs wideouts.
Cecil Shorts JAX WR
Blackmon had the biggest highlights last week, but Shorts went for 80 yards and a score and has been more consistent on the year.
Justin Blackmon JAX WR
Showed incredible chemistry with Henne and gets him back at QB against the Titans. Worth a play to see if they can keep it going.
Danario Alexander SD WR
He’s been stellar the last couple weeks, now we get to see just how good he is with 5 straight top 10 pass defenses.
Vick Ballard IND RB
Gets the bottom of the barrel this week against Buffalo, who is giving up 25+ fantasy points to opposing RBs.
Shonn Greene NYJ RB
Had 88 total yards and a score against the Pats in week 7. It’s hard to believe that game included 9 targets and 6 receptions.
James Jones GB WR
He’s been Rodgers’ 2nd most productive receiver behind Cobb and should be played here against the Giants 3rd worst secondary in the league.
Jermaine Gresham CIN TE
Good matchup for the 10th ranked TE. The Raiders allow 51 yards and .6 TDs per week to the position.
Darrius Heyward-Bey OAK WR
Not the best game to start Oakland receivers with Cincy ranking 5th at shutting down wideouts and giving up a low .6 TDs.
Brandon Lloyd NE WR
Receivers haven’t fared that well at getting in the end zone against the Jets this year.
Fred Jackson BUF RB
Follow the injury report, but he is on track to return after a concussion against Miami.
Donald Brown IND RB
Gets a great matchup if he can make the most of his touches, since splitting time with Ballard and Carter.
Brandon Myers OAK TE
Looks promising with another bottom 5 ranked TE defense and has 3 scores in his last 3 games.
